With HealthChoice you can choose where you have your treatment
• Choose to go private when you need treatment and take advantage of our partnership with BMI Healthcare,
one of the UK’s largest and most respected private hospital groups. We’ll take care of everything from selecting a
consultant to paying the bill.
• Choose private healthcare with another private hospital, in which case
we’ll give you the full cost of what your procedure would have cost at a BMI Healthcare hospital.
• Choose to have your treatment with the National Health Service (NHS) and
we’ll give you the cash equivalent of what the same treatment would have cost if you had chosen to have your treatment privately at
a BMI Healthcare hospital. This means, depending on your operation, you could receive up to a maximum £21,750* and of course,
you can choose to spend the money any way you see fit. For example for a knee replacement surgery you would get £7500

What’s more with HealthChoice you can choose to have your diagnosis privately but still have your operation with the NHS –it’s up to you.
